Keeping in view the need of people who have finance and want to invest / established their own setup but not have some plans / ideas / information to invest their investment in profitable industrial business. PSIC proposed a new initiative of Advisory services. Under this project objectives set to achieve are:
PSIC made a soft intervention in the cluster of artisans at Taxila through an ADP scheme Titled “Stone Crafts Taxila”, from 2011 to 14.This intervention left a positive impact on the cluster and resultantly the capacity of the artisans community to produce better quality artefacts with improved design has been noticed. Sufficient awareness was created about the Gandhara art products through printing of catalogues, Books and participation in exhibitions.
Industrial Clusters are basically geographical concentrations of interconnected companies, specialized suppliers, and service providers and associated institutions in a particular field those are present in a country or region faced with common opportunities and threats.

Most of the Metal craftsmen of Lahore are living in the congested, stinking and narrow streets within and around Lahore. This type of scattered and un-settled dwelling of the craftsmen has created difficulties in having coordination among themselves as well as between them and the dealers/exporters of handicrafts. In such a situation, it is also not possible to have planned production as well as to exercise quality control – a pre-requisite for boosting up the export of Meal handicrafts.
